Swedish Massage with Aromatherapy ($145-$240) is classic relaxation massage using unscented coconut oil and smooth gliding strokes to gently ease tension. Long flowing strokes promote total body rest. 60 min ($145), 90 min ($180), 120 min ($240). Perfect for stress relief and relaxation. Extended sessions allow deeper full-body treatment.
Traditional Thai Massage with Zen Shiatsu ($180, 90 min) is centering session blending Thai stretching with Shiatsu pressure points to stretch and balance the body. Performed on comfortable mat on floor—clients wear loose comfortable clothing. No oils used. Combines passive stretching, compression, and energy work for flexibility and balance.
For table massages (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Crystal Healing): clients are professionally draped during sessions, undressing to their comfort level under the sheet—nude or bottom underwear. For Traditional Thai massage: clients wear loose, comfortable clothing to receive the session on a comfortable mat on the floor.
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete intake forms and discuss your goals, problem areas, and pressure preferences. Your therapist will customize the session to your needs. You'll undress privately to your comfort level and be professionally draped throughout. Communicate during session about pressure. Drink water afterward.

Yogasage combines movement and bodywork. 90 min ($205): starts with 30 minutes private yoga instruction followed by 60 minutes massage. 120 min ($240): immersive experience with one-on-one yoga to center mind and body, followed by extended massage.
